Songwriting is my passion and MY identity. I work hard at continually improving my craft by taking seminars, attending workshops and visiting Nashville to further my career. I have numerous fully produced, professional demos on here and all of these songs are available to be licensed or sold outright. All of the singers on these demos are singers that I hired.
Over the years, I've been lucky enough to have had several Independent Country Artists from around the world record some of my songs. To date, I've won five professional songwriting grants through FACTOR.ca (Foundation Assisting Canadian Talent on Recordings).
In March 2014, I was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. It was the toughest battle of my life but somehow I got through it. I've always believed that some of my songs would see the light of day and now that feeling is even stronger than ever.
I have co-written with a lot of talented writers including Larry Berrio, Dave Woods, Pat Aureli, Tina Tufts-May, Jim Smith, Jeff Moxcey, Shari Lynn, John Bilecki, Ryan Hydro, Rebecca Dale Peaden, Rick Keane, Blake Hill, Scott Word, Andrea Standley, Greg Austin, Paul Sheremeta and Helen Kameka.
