I have been writing song lyrics since I was a child and they were usually the first 'go to' prior to writing stories, poetry or any other writing form. I am primarily a lyricist and children's writer, but I do dabble in other genres as well. Imagine my surprise, when I found out that one could put song lyrics to AI music, at first it was a bit of fun and now I can't stop doing it. It is great to see how my lyrics would sound, if they were sung even if it is AI doing it.
I used to create pop stars and pop groups, when I was a child and pretend they were singing and performing all of my songs. However the AI music generators are another step forwards for lyricists like me. I would never expect AI to replace humans and see it as a tool to enhance creativity and to see where it goes.

I am a qualified nurse and have been working as one since 2017, I did train later in life, but find it to be a rewarding career and vocation. Prior to my nursing, I worked in TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language) which includes working overseas in China and Italy.
During the covid pandemic, I got into making jewellery and wrote a lot of song lyrics about the experience as well.
