Waves of fear crashing over me,
Dark clouds loom, shadowing my view,
But somewhere there's a sky of blue.
In the distance, a lighthouse beams,
Guiding lost ships to gentle streams.
The echoes of the past, they fade,
As I chart a course to a safer bay.
Safe harbor, where the tempest ceases,
A place where broken pieces find peace.
Hold tight to the anchor of hope,
In the arms of love, I'll forever float.
Left behind that treacherous shore,
No more battles, no more wars.
Sail towards kind voices, steady and strong,
A community where I belong.
Winds of change upon my sails,
Bidding farewell to the haunting gales.
With every stroke, a new chapter to write,
Towards the dawn, leaving behind the night.
