This constant struggle I’m under gets harder every day,
Trouble rolls downhill ‘cause nothing goes their way.
Another fight, another crisis I start to juggle,
Past the point where a sane mind can even struggle.
A crack in the brain, and fear’s the refrain,
I’m scared as hell for what’s next in this decade.
We stopped paying the toll while losing control,
Turned lazy and crazy—sold out our souls.

Welcome to the city of manhunt,
Where dreams get jumped and dumped out front.
A wasteland lit by neon lust,
Money’s king, but love’s just dust.
Fake smiles, fake shows, and a fake salvation—
We’re rotting in our own damn creation.

Kids raised on screens, trained by scenes,
Where violence sells and kindness gets cleaned.
We built batteries that drain our beliefs,
Enemies born from our own family griefs.
No legacies left, just televised pain,
Plastic idols driving us insane.
We used to dream, now we just scheme,
Jealous hearts tearing apart the team.

We gave away greatness for a triple dose of junk,
Turned our bloodline into addicts and punks.
Vegas lights blind while the people decay,
Can’t even breathe without bills to pay.
I don’t trust the streets, don’t trust the creeps,
They cheat the weak while the devil sleeps.
My daughters won’t walk this cursed ground,
‘Cause this city’s the place where hope drowned.

Every damn day, we stand at a crossroad,
Pick a path, pray it’s the right load.
One choice shapes what the next will be,
And the fates laugh, watching silently.
In the daylight, I’m with my kids at play,
Chasing dreams in the park, like it’s all okay.
But when night falls and the moon’s the only friend,
Truth and madness start to blend.

Fate’s a bitch, man, yeah, she don’t play fair,
Takes what you love, leaves pain in the air.
You give your soul, your blood, your fight—
Still she’ll twist the knife deep in the night.
Life ain’t scripted, no easy plan,
Just chaos ruled by fate’s cruel hand.

We had our summer days out by the lake,
Laughed till we cried, for the love we’d make.
But winter came and stole you away,
Left me praying to a God I can’t obey.
When you’re gone, how the hell do I believe,
When the only thing that kept me living had to leave?
You were the light, the reason, the flame—
Now all I whisper is your name.

Now I wake to a ghost in my bed,
A faded pillow, cold where your head once led.
Mirror shows a face I barely know,
A broken man with nowhere to go.
“I love you,” echoes like smoke in my chest,
Fuck this life, it burned my best.
Love’s a cruel joke, a loaded gun,
You pull the trigger, then it’s all undone.

They said, "Life’s what you make it,"—what a lie.
How you make peace when all you can do is cry?
I gave it all, in God’s creation’s name,
Now I’m just a man haunted by the same damn pain.

Fate’s a bitch, yeah, she don’t play fair,
Takes what you love, leaves nothing there.
You fight your battles, you take your stand,
But you can’t outlive fate’s cruel hand.
Yeah, life goes on—but I’m barely a man,
Living my story by fate’s cruel hand.

Fates cruel hand

The jury knows from my record, every charge, every note they read,
All the fury and low blows, all the times I should’ve bled.

Tried to bury all the damage, but it still grows in my head,
No one really knows the truth, not even me, I just see red.My mind so blurry, nights cold, days slow,
Cold blood in my veins, stories only the streets know.
What goes untold always comes back when it unfolds,
I was way too young, but I walked that path like I was old.
Thought it was a joke when I first let control go,
Didn’t see the chains when I first sold my soul though.
Now I’m standing in the mirror with a face I don’t know,
Ask myself, “How the hell did it all go so wrong, bro?”

Now I’m staring through a window of life that’s broke,
Dreams fell down, turned to powder, dust, and smoke.
Every bad choice feels carved in stone,
But I’m tired of the pain, I don’t wanna die alone.
If this the life that my past wrote,
Can I flip the page, can I change the quote?

For all I knew, it was fun, just a harmless little line,
Then it grew into cocaine, drunk and Smokey every night.
Living fast, flying blind, throwing years out of sight,
Watching life fly out the window while I laughed at the height. Now the glass on that window of life is cracked,
Shards on the floor from the nights I never came back.
Who wrote this disgraceful, dysfunctional design?
Who signed off on this wreck of a life that’s mine?

A natural living life of mine turned so unnatural quick,
Regrettable, unforgettable, every move so slick.
Day‑to‑day, wrong way, just trying to get by,
Ducking truth, dodging love, always running from “why.”

Now I’m staring through a window of life that’s broke,

If I could talk to that kid with the wide‑open eyes,
Tell him “don’t trade your soul just to feel alive.”
Every high got a price that the body can’t hide,
And every low leave a scar on the inside.Maybe I can take this broken glass and make art,
Turn this window into mirrors, put the pieces in my heart.
I ain’t perfect, but I’m still here, still breathing,
If there’s a way out, then there’s still a reason.

I’ve been staring through a window of life that’s broke,
But I’m patching every crack with every promise I spoke.
All this cold blood still runs, but it’s warming slow,
Trying to build a better path from the pain I know.

Windows of life that’s broke

It’s the root of all evil, that’s what they say,
But we chase it just to make it through the day.
Feed your hunger, keep the lights on at night,
Still it whispers in your ear, “You’ll never get it right.”They say it’s not written in the good book we read,
But it grows in the cracks of every mortal seed.
A man-made idol with a velvet chain,
The more you chase it, the less you remain.

Money, money — you call my name,
Turn my heart cold, set my soul aflame.
You dress up as hope, but you lie through your teeth,
Build me a tower, then steal what’s beneath.Money, money — oh, I hear your song,
It feels so right but I know it’s wrong.
Every dollar burns a hole in my dream,
And nothing’s ever really what it seems.
Green greed, you keep feeding the need,
Turning my morals into broken seed.
You promise forever, but you only deceive,
I’m trapped in your hands, trying to breathe.
Money, money — you’re never enough,
You buy the smooth and sell the rough.
You built this world on empty creed,
But all that glitters bleeds — green greed.

Can’t respect a man who can’t hold on tight,
To what’s truly precious when there’s no light.
False hopes flashing down every street,
Selling souls cheap for a moment’s heat. The more you gain, the less you see,
Your wallet’s full, but your heart’s empty.
You think you’re free, but you’re bound by gold,
And the richest stories are never told.

We trade our peace for paper chains,
Lose our joy in profit’s name.
If life’s a cost, then count the fee —
Who owns who, the cash or me?

Money, money — you call my name,
But I’m done with your cold, cruel game.
You promised the world, now I finally see,
The only true wealth lives inside of me. Green greed, you once took the lead,
But my soul’s not something you can feed.
You don’t own love, you don’t own me —
I’m breaking the chains of your currency.

Green Greed

He woke up in the morning, a tingle in his hand
Sunlight on the window, but he don’t understand
Why the world feels distant, voices fade away
He calls out for his daughter, but she don’t hear her name
He walks the empty sidewalks, sees the flowers by the street
A little boy is laughing, but never looks at him
He reaches out to comfort, but his hand just passes through
He’s got so much love to offer, but there’s nothing he can do

He’s still trying to give, though he’s gone from this town
Heart full of mercy, but he can’t lay it down
He saved a life that morning, gave all he had to give
Now he’s just a shadow, still trying to live

He remembers screeching tires, a mother’s desperate cry
He ran out in the traffic, never thought he’d die
He pushed the boy to safety, felt the world go black
Now he’s standing on the corner, but he can’t come back

He’s still trying to give, though he’s gone from this town
Heart full of mercy, but he can’t lay it down
He saved a life that morning, gave all he had to give
Now he’s just a shadow, still trying to live

If love could build a highway, he’d find his way back home
But he’s stuck between the silence and the things he can’t let go
He whispers to his family, but they just feel a chill
He’s the hero they remember, and he’s loving them still

He’s still trying to give, though he’s gone from this town
Heart full of mercy, but he can’t lay it down
He saved a life that morning, gave all he had to give
Now he’s just a shadow, still trying to live
Yeah, he’s just a shadow, still trying to give

Still Giving

Woke up spinning, another sunburned city dream
Vintage sneakers pounding on the concrete seams
A million faces weaving through the radio rain
Paint-stained hands, I’m chasing after yesterday’s train

Flip the script, crash the scene
Zero to a hundred like a movie reel
Color runs red, green, and gold
I’m taking off before the story’s told

Ride the waves, don’t look down
High above the static of this crowded town
Shout my name, through the haze
I’ll be flying by the window of your silver train

Everybody’s running for the next big fix
Neon jackets, pocket change, dirty tricks
Corner poet singing with a bottle of blue
Truth or dare, babe—I’m risking it all for you

Flip the script, crash the scene
Zero to a hundred like a movie reel
Crack the code on midnight roads
We’re lighting fires where nobody knows

Ride the waves, don’t look down
High above the static of this crowded town
Shout my name, through the haze
I’ll be flying by the window of your silver train

So take a picture, take your time
Every broken line’s a chance to shine
From the rooftops I’ll proclaim
Even in the noise, I will know your name

Ride the waves, don’t look down
High above the static of this crowded town
Shout my name, through the haze
I’ll be flying by the window of your silver train

Silver Train

I’ve been everything under the sun,
Or at least that’s what they say,
Carrying blame like a shadow,
It just won’t fade away.
Three daughters call me father,
But only two I get to see,
The third’s a distant memory,
A ghost that’s haunting me.

But I’ve got a heart big enough
For every soul on earth,
All I want is to give my love
And show them what they’re worth.
I’m tired of fighting demons,
Tired of living in the dark,
I just want to find some peace
And heal this broken heart.

I made a deal with the darkness,
Signed my name in pain,
Now I’m searching for forgiveness
In the pouring rain.
I want to give my family
A life without the stress,
To lift the weight that’s crushing them
And let them know they’re blessed.

But I’ve got a heart big enough
For every soul on earth,
All I want is to give my love
And show them what they’re worth.
I’m tired of fighting demons,
Tired of living in the dark,
I just want to find some peace
And heal this broken heart.

I want to hold my one and only
Without the earthquakes and the storms,
To feel the quiet comfort
Of a love that keeps me warm.
There’s still so much beauty
Hidden under all this pain,
If I could just break free
And dance in the sun again.

I see the world through teardrops,
But I know there’s light ahead,
If I can lay my burdens down
And let hope live instead.
I’ll keep reaching for my daughters,
I’ll keep fighting for my soul,
One day I’ll find forgiveness,
And finally feel whole.

‘Cause I’ve got a heart big enough
For every soul on earth,
All I want is to give my love
And show them what they’re worth.
I’m done with all these demons,
Done with living in the dark,
I just want to find some peace
And heal this broken heart.

Yeah, all I want is peace and love,
To heal this broken heart.

Heart Big Enough

Lost my money, lost my way
Got the devil's hand, but I won't play
Thought about giving up, thought about running
But my girls' eyes, they're all I'm remembering.

I'm staying strong, ain't no storm
Can knock me down, I'm holding on
With every breath, I'll rise again
For my daughters, I'll never bend

In the mirror, I see their faces
Promises made, they're not fake
Gonna be there, gonna be real
Through thick and thin, we'll be free

Loved ones left, the road ahead
With a broken heart, but not dead
Every fall, I learn to stand
For them, I'll fight, no matter the land

I'm staying strong, ain't no wrong
With every step, I'll find my song
Through the night, through the day
For my daughters, I'll always stay

When midnight falls and doubts creep in
I hear their laughter in the wind
Hope shines bright when skies go grey
Their tiny arms lead my way

I’m more than scars, more than fear
Their voices turn pain into cheer
Every tear I wipe away
I remind them, love will stay

So if the world forgets my name
If fortune turns and I’m to blame
They’ll know I kept my vow unbroken
With every word my heart has spoken

I’m staying strong, no matter the cost
For them, no dream is ever lost
One day they'll learn, they'll see me through
I found my strength in loving you
